Jocelyn. Female. 23 years young. Currently calls Melbourne home. Easily fascinated and satisfied. Constant babbling necessary otherwise may turn anti-social. No longer sleeps in till noon and realizes that the only thing that gets her through the day is caffeine - lots of it.
Adored by all around her :)

I'm hopping on the tag wagon |
1. Thank the person who tagged you. 2. List five random/strange/weird things about you, 3. Tag five other people. Firstly, thanks soph!
1. I used to believe that if I imagined it hard enough, I would have
magical powers which I can use to defeat my parents whenever they get
angry at me. Blame it on too much cartoons. 2. I adore beer. But when I get too much alco, I start babbling on and on and on... 3. There has only been one guy I ever really liked. 4. I am very meticulous in certain ways. 5. I have an amazing ability to repeat a line from any song for an entire day. And I tag, Jason Phoon, Victoria, Slinky, Jolene & smalls (cause you're on holiday and if you don't you owe me a beer). ************ On
another note, finally went to Vogue to check out the place. Menu wise,
if you're going there for dinner, the food choices are really limited
apart from that, the ambience is not bad. Later we headed for Hartamas to get us some drinks :) Sadly, Alco-Joce is no longer and she is now H2O-Joce. Btw, Chelsea got trashed last night. Haha Taken in Chin's car as we went searching for Ramlys which incidetly all stalls decided to take a break last night. Happy
Chap Goh Mei to those who celebrates it. For me, I'll be home finding
food to feed myself unlike those lucky ones with family dinners. Boo!

phD. in noise :) |
Went shopping with smalls and hui shan today. Shan was on the brim of
madness of a whole day's dose of smalls and I. Haha, making us sound as
though we're that terrible. Ahh well, it takes one to know one. Car picture :) Everyone loves one.
Actually, been frequenting malls really often these days.
The absense of classes are really turning us into mall freaks and
bummers. Ew. But always better than studying eh? Hehe with
Valentine's Day coming, you can spot countless lovers doing last minite
shoppings for their loved ones as to avoid any unfortunate
circumstances. Weee so fun! Smalls and Phaik Wah trying out the Ogawa massage chairs. Gosh, once you're on it you do not want to get off. SO GOOD! Met up with Chris and Yen Hou for dinner. These guys are leaving for Melbourne tomorrow (11/feb). *sigh* hate goodbyes. I
had so much fun hanging out with the sound system again tonight. This
time we had the excellent company of Jared and his friend, David. Man,
I'm going to miss these dungus once they are gone. Booo!!

A heck load of free time :) |
After a gruelling few days of stretching my stress level and mental capacity, finals are over and i totally screwed it up.
I know the feeling when you know you aren't going to do well and
there's nothing you can do to make yourself feel better. Sigh sigh
sigh. Well it's over so moving on to happier things. 3
weeks holiday left before classes start again. Call me out, take me for
breakfast, lunch & dinners, bug me, do whatever as long I don't
spend these 3 weeks staying home alone. Victoria
left for Melbourne yesterday and I didn't get to say a last goodbye to
her. Stoooopid exams. From what I read, she's reached safely so girl,
you take care of yourself alright! As of the past 2 days,
there has been an extra patron at the Teh residents. Yes, a kitty :) I
am getting better, first a dog now a cat. Though honestly the kitten
was way more traumatising than the cute doggie. This is the kitty named Jocelyn/Smalls/Bobby/Ginger/Rojak... ;) This is the lovely Sarah along side Gorgeous Smalls and I. She was so nice to take the cat to the vet to get it checked and cleaned. (btw, check out those supern eye bags on us exam hit people, ew) Anyone looking for a new pet kitten??

Signs of stress |
I feel so nauseous.
Everything I smell is multuplied by ten which makes the mere scent of
anything unbearable. I've got a bad headache and I feel suffocated.
And all this is from studying. Haha
No, honestly. It's the studying I tell you. Too much indoor and
air-conditioning must have sucked the fresh oxygen supply for me.
Well at least it is another one more day till my summer paper exams
which means I have only one more day left to finish studying 4 topics
and complete all my tutorial solutions. Wish me luck!

It is back!! |
McDonald's McSpicy chicken is back! Ia dah balik. Ta yi jing hui lai le!!
Haha considering the amount of food ate today, I'm bloated like a blow
fish when agitated. Had pancakes when I met up with Soph and Vicky
today. Big lunch because of my big mouth whom asked daddy to buy me too
much food, loads of sandwiches and the lovely mcd's chicken.
Though I'm not that worried about it. Daddy just bought this bag of
grass (not weed ok!) from the herbal shop which was meant to help you
poop like nobody's business so your tummy will go down. Weepee, I'll
ask my mum to try it out first.
Now hopefully this pooping out thing will apply to beer too.
And in case you care about my wellbeing, I hate exams and I'm getting
stress pimples. Well at least that shows I'm studying now. Heheh.

The sights of Kedah |
This is my uncle's house where we would stay at in Kedah. You can see a school located at the left hand side too. This house was next to the school in the above picture. Though I've never spoken to the people there before. My grandma rears chickens at the back of the house. The fields can be found once you walk to the back of the house. It is just simple gorgeous if you saw it yourself. Some farmers lived in huts next to their patch of padi field. Perfect if you were into jogging and being healhty ;) Plus, the air is really fresh and unpolluted. If you were to walk down this road, all you would see are padi fields on both sides of the street. The houses came in different sizes and colours. Home cooked food *yummy yummy* My brother, Joshua who's just a year younger than me. This was how we got out of school. The school had a small playground for the children to play. My brother caught sight of this small flower sprouting out of the dried leaves. Beautiful don't you think?? Kedah really is a lovely place if you're looking for a scenic getaway. Why don't you visit it some time soon??
Haha which of course translates to - come see me during CNY!

I'm back!! |
Home smells good. I'm back after 5 days of being away to Kedah for
chinese new year. And this year, I've got pictures of my surroundings
there Honestly,
this chinese new year has been some sort different for me. It was a
hard, hard journey there. And no, it was not the driving neither was it
the weather. Nonetheless, I love chinese new year when it
comes. The beers, the ang pows, the chinese movies, the steamboat we
will have every year, the beers, and the beers. Thankfully, it was
somewhat fun this time round I actually managed to catch up with
some cousins of my and got the visit town finally. DVDs were sold at 5
bucks each!! Talk about getting your value for money. AND THE WEATHER WAS SO HOT!!!
Now that I'm back, it's study study study for my finals coming up in a
weeks time. Boo! That's not going to stop me from visiting my darlings
though, watch out!
SS2 is so eerily quiet it scares me. I can just imagine myself running
naked around SS2 in circles and no one would even see me. And then
there's that horrible stench! The trash must have been laying around
for 5 days already. Yuck! *****
As a reward to those who has been reading my ramblings and rants, I
offer you, a picture of the DJ girls from the dinner we had the other night.

Gong Xi Gong Xi |
Happy Chinese New Year everyone!!! May this be a real happy one for you
And as for me, I'll be heading for Kedah tomorrow for a whole 5 days.
If any of you kind souls out there would like to contribute to my ang
pow collection, give me a ring and we'll arrange the collection. "And
once again, she closed another chapter of her life. As we grow, we tend
to create more memories than to actually live them." Happy Chinese New Year my darlings!

And for now, eveything seems unchanged |
Met up Daryl for last Saturday before he flew back to Sydney again.
This time it was Friendster cafe again. Sigh, I just love that place.
It reeks of ambience and atmosphere. Heh, don't start judging that
place based on its name though Daryl and I. By the way, the have pretty cheap beer there. You should go too! We had fun indulging in a game of Uno Stacko which
by the person who causes the stack to drop has to soak their hands in
the bucket of ice for a full minute. Brave Charles managed to do so
though we did try to in the end and it was pure torture!!
The whole group of us there. Smalls, Jocelyn, Daryl & Charles.
