Beauty comes with price |
My sister just got her braces last Friday.
It's funny how she just throws everything she wants to eat into the
blender since she can't chew. The food comes out looking like baby food
and lets just say it does not look very appetising.
Curious me asked her, "Does it really hurt? How much on a scale of one to ten?"
"It's a 12. It feels like all your teeth are being pulled out and their all falling out."
WHOA. I would never be able to endure that. No solid food for a few days each month? No way!
Now this brings new found respect for the people who had to endure all the pain to get perfect straight teeth.

Shoutout!! |
Thanks Bunch Mun Hoong for doing the layout. It's so pink and girly. I love love love it. Weeepeeee!! * three cheers to Slinky * On another note, since I've been sleeping late I've decided to start 'project holiday'. A first of my hopefully prolonging projects - scrapbooking. In case you can't make it out, it says 'Dynamitez'.

Footie Smootie |
Ok, all readers repeat after me. *one, two, three* "BOO sama Liverpool!! Boo Liverpool!!" Sigh, ok so what if they won a match. Big deal. Took them 85 years anyway. HAH!
On another note, met up with Su Chien, Michelle, Sophia and Smalls.
Hehe whenever there's Soph it's always a ball. I'm going to miss these
girls when they leave. Smalls is not allowed to go in July.
Somehow I feel really happy today for no aparent reason. Must be due to
the fact that it didn't rain today. Or was it the shopping done and
time spend with my sister. Nah must be the sunny weather. As much as I hate the sun, I hate it when it rains too. Everything is always depressing when it's wet outside.

From every bad thing something good comes out of it |
For once in ages I woke when the before the sun was blazing hot. Tagged
along with Chin, Jamie and Smalls to send Jee May off at the airport
this morning, which mind you was at 7 plus in the morning. By doing so
I probably have just messed up my biological clock.
Anyway, I hate farewells and airport trips cause when you send someone
off that is one less person you have around when you need them.
BUT TODAY'S TRIP WAS SO WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!
*ok just skip if you don't want to hear me rambling about guys*
Let me add first that it was packed like sardines today. Madness. Well
in between all the chaos and human overdosing, there in the midst of
all was the sight of life's purposes.
I spotted the most divined looking male ever!
He wore a black blazer with fitting jeans while pulling a trolley bag
plus his laptop bag. He was definetely a Jap so I've happily named him
'Takeshi Wasabi Sakae' (well those are the only jap words I know lah)
and followed him DISCRETELY around the airport.
Ahhhh everytime I saw him my heart litarally skipped a beat.
Not to mention the surfer dude we saw at the airport after that as well. I love airports.
So now, I'm going to pursue a career as an air-stewardess in hopes of
finally meeting my Jap guy again. And i bet by the way he looks, he
definetely flies business class or first class. So that narrows it
down. We are a match made in heaven. I just know it
Weeeepeeeee!!!

It's the thought that counts |
Had dinner at Chin's place on Valentine's Day since every other
restaurant probably charges triple it's normal price (unless they are
like Luna Bar who make you pay rm1500 for the night). The themed was
'valentine's day' and everyone was to bring something. Thanks everyone for everything you brought!! It was also a so-called farewell thing for jin yin and jee may.
Bumped into some of the Subang people whilst I was at The Curve just
now. Goodness, almost every single Subang person has uprooted from
Subang and left for Australia. Goes only to show how attractive Subang is eh? Haha.

Bit by bit |
It's
that time of the year again when you frequent the airport to bid
farewell to friends so dear to you again. I hate Februarys and Julys.
Yesterday, Jin Yin and Phaik Wah both left for Melbourne. Though for
Jin Yin it was her first time leaving. It was so jammed yesterday to
get to the airport it took about 2 hours for me. It was a bitch but I
shall leave that ranting for another day cause this post is to declare
my love for these friends :) Jin Yin & I Rambu,
throughout the whole 11 years I've known you though I may not say it
often, I have truly enjoyed every bit. I'll miss having you around and
you're one of those jems in my life so don't you go forgetting us back
here with all the fun you'll be having there. Take care and if you ever
need someone you know who to look for. *Big Hug*
Girl! Well you are awesome and I'm sure you think so too. It was great
having you back here to have around. Being with you is never dull and
somehow though we've known each other for such a short period of time,
you've quickly came to be one of my closest friends. Goes to show time
has no barriers on friendship eh? Can't wait for next year! Chris and Yen Hou (who left a few days ago) These
2 guys are probably the smartest guys I would ever find in Monash that
are as nice as them ever again. You guys were our companions in uni, my
source of information when I needed help, my classmates, avenues for me
to dump my rubbish thoughts onto, and most importantly you guys were my
friends. Take care in Melbourne and don't let the new environment get
to you! I still want to see the same 2 guys when I go over next year!! Did I mention how much I hated farewells?

I'm hopping on the tag wagon |
1. Thank the person who tagged you. 2. List five random/strange/weird things about you, 3. Tag five other people. Firstly, thanks soph!
1. I used to believe that if I imagined it hard enough, I would have
magical powers which I can use to defeat my parents whenever they get
angry at me. Blame it on too much cartoons. 2. I adore beer. But when I get too much alco, I start babbling on and on and on... 3. There has only been one guy I ever really liked. 4. I am very meticulous in certain ways. 5. I have an amazing ability to repeat a line from any song for an entire day. And I tag, Jason Phoon, Victoria, Slinky, Jolene & smalls (cause you're on holiday and if you don't you owe me a beer). ************ On
another note, finally went to Vogue to check out the place. Menu wise,
if you're going there for dinner, the food choices are really limited
apart from that, the ambience is not bad. Later we headed for Hartamas to get us some drinks :) Sadly, Alco-Joce is no longer and she is now H2O-Joce. Btw, Chelsea got trashed last night. Haha Taken in Chin's car as we went searching for Ramlys which incidetly all stalls decided to take a break last night. Happy
Chap Goh Mei to those who celebrates it. For me, I'll be home finding
food to feed myself unlike those lucky ones with family dinners. Boo!

phD. in noise :) |
Went shopping with smalls and hui shan today. Shan was on the brim of
madness of a whole day's dose of smalls and I. Haha, making us sound as
though we're that terrible. Ahh well, it takes one to know one. Car picture :) Everyone loves one.
Actually, been frequenting malls really often these days.
The absense of classes are really turning us into mall freaks and
bummers. Ew. But always better than studying eh? Hehe with
Valentine's Day coming, you can spot countless lovers doing last minite
shoppings for their loved ones as to avoid any unfortunate
circumstances. Weee so fun! Smalls and Phaik Wah trying out the Ogawa massage chairs. Gosh, once you're on it you do not want to get off. SO GOOD! Met up with Chris and Yen Hou for dinner. These guys are leaving for Melbourne tomorrow (11/feb). *sigh* hate goodbyes. I
had so much fun hanging out with the sound system again tonight. This
time we had the excellent company of Jared and his friend, David. Man,
I'm going to miss these dungus once they are gone. Booo!!

A heck load of free time :) |
After a gruelling few days of stretching my stress level and mental capacity, finals are over and i totally screwed it up.
I know the feeling when you know you aren't going to do well and
there's nothing you can do to make yourself feel better. Sigh sigh
sigh. Well it's over so moving on to happier things. 3
weeks holiday left before classes start again. Call me out, take me for
breakfast, lunch & dinners, bug me, do whatever as long I don't
spend these 3 weeks staying home alone. Victoria
left for Melbourne yesterday and I didn't get to say a last goodbye to
her. Stoooopid exams. From what I read, she's reached safely so girl,
you take care of yourself alright! As of the past 2 days,
there has been an extra patron at the Teh residents. Yes, a kitty :) I
am getting better, first a dog now a cat. Though honestly the kitten
was way more traumatising than the cute doggie. This is the kitty named Jocelyn/Smalls/Bobby/Ginger/Rojak... ;) This is the lovely Sarah along side Gorgeous Smalls and I. She was so nice to take the cat to the vet to get it checked and cleaned. (btw, check out those supern eye bags on us exam hit people, ew) Anyone looking for a new pet kitten??
