Jocelyn. Female. 23 years young. Currently calls Melbourne home.

Easily fascinated and satisfied. Constant babbling necessary otherwise may turn anti-social. No longer sleeps in till noon and realizes that the only thing that gets her through the day is caffeine - lots of it.

Adored by all around her :)

It's not raining yet I feel the tears

I'll post pictures from work.

Clockwise from top right.
- Smalls & I passing time.
- Us all looking professional at the cocktail function after the conference with free flow beer.
- What we do to pass time when we were bored. Eat, talk, sing, doodle & take pictures. And yes, we do work.
- Smalls & I with a guy that looks alike the Manchester United fan club head from the movie Eurotrip.

This same guy is also 2 handshakes away from Wayne Rooney and I. Apparently his nephew sees Rooney at least once every week! Good enough for me Big Smile I shaked hands with him. Weeeheee!

**********

You know there's something wrong with you when you start listening to music you used to find repulsive.

"Oh my God, this hurts like hell
I had that dream again where
I was lost for good in outerspace
Tell me doctor, how to shake
A waking nightmare that is only
Worse when I am sleeping"

Yet it strikes a chord. I'm not one that's big on depression. I never dwell and I let it slip away. I hate that lingering feeling it leaves at times but it passes. So why now?

Heck it's called loneliness. Or maybe it's just pre-classes jitters.

But I can't seem to shake the feeling that things are going to be as I expected. Yet at other times, I know it'll be better.

Yes, I whine, but this is my blog after all isn't it? And I'm fine, if any were wondering.

*sigh*

Quickie

My feet HURT.SO.BAD. It feels as though I have walked the entire great wall of China back and forth. Ouch. Even the toes are aching. My tummy is so bloated and I swear I can feel I have put on weight again. Sheesh.

Worked for the pass 2 days along with smalls. It was fun though. These 2 days has sucked out whatsoever energy I had. I sleep the moment I get home which is at 9 and I wake the next morning before 6am. Amazing eh.

Apart from that, I just found out the products I wanted to order online cannot be shipped here to Malaysia. WHY???? Why not Malaysia. Sigh. And to make things worse, the mouse from the computer is going haywire. The cursor keeps moving by itself which causes me to accidently close all the pages.

Feet hurt.

My allergy to the sun and sweat

Smalls and Aaron were conveniently having conversations about me playing tennis at my expense. Hmph!

Apparently I'll be wearing long sleeves and long pants whilst bringing an umbrella and wearing a hat in the shape of a tofu. And that's not all, I'll be bringing an aunty basket and make them all have tea instead of playing tennis.

Come on guys, have more faith in me will ya!!

There goes my source of food

Bird flu is back in Malaysia.

And what is worse are the chickens that are affected are in the Federal Territory area. That is so close to home! Though no one is infented for now. For now! Gosh, I dread the bird flu.

For those who know me, you'll know the only source of meat that I eat is chicken and an occasional fish when I have ikan bakar.

Guys, Jocelyn is going to be one stick figure if chickens are really a no-no soon.

On another happier note, met up with Ron and Charles just awhile ago with Smalls. Heheh I miss hanging out with those monkeys. Being with them is so carefree and easy. I need more people like that around. Though not like my life is filled with much drama and sort. Well you get what I mean.

Anyway I've got an early morning tomorrow. So it's either I try sleeping now or have eyebags the size of watermelons come morning. And surprisingly, I do feel tired.

Beauty comes with price

My sister just got her braces last Friday.

It's funny how she just throws everything she wants to eat into the blender since she can't chew. The food comes out looking like baby food and lets just say it does not look very appetising.

Curious me asked her, "Does it really hurt? How much on a scale of one to ten?"

"It's a 12. It feels like all your teeth are being pulled out and their all falling out."

WHOA.  I would never be able to endure that. No solid food for a few days each month? No way!

Now this brings new found respect for the people who had to endure all the pain to get perfect straight teeth.

Shoutout!!

Thanks Bunch Mun Hoong for doing the layout. It's so pink and girly. I love love love it. Weeepeeee!!

* three cheers to Slinky *

On another note, since I've been sleeping late I've decided to start 'project holiday'.

A first of my hopefully prolonging projects - scrapbooking.
In case you can't make it out, it says 'Dynamitez'. Big Smile

Footie Smootie

Ok, all readers repeat after me.

*one, two, three*

"BOO sama Liverpool!! Boo Liverpool!!"

Sigh, ok so what if they won a match. Big deal. Took them 85 years anyway.

HAH!

On another note, met up with Su Chien, Michelle, Sophia and Smalls. Hehe whenever there's Soph it's always a ball. I'm going to miss these girls when they leave. Smalls is not allowed to go in July. Sad

Somehow I feel really happy today for no aparent reason. Must be due to the fact that it didn't rain today. Or was it the shopping done and time spend with my sister. Nah must be the sunny weather.

As much as I hate the sun, I hate it when it rains too. Everything is always depressing when it's wet outside.

From every bad thing something good comes out of it

For once in ages I woke when the before the sun was blazing hot. Tagged along with Chin, Jamie and Smalls to send Jee May off at the airport this morning, which mind you was at 7 plus in the morning. By doing so I probably have just messed up my biological clock.

Anyway, I hate farewells and airport trips cause when you send someone off that is one less person you have around when you need them.

BUT TODAY'S TRIP WAS SO WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

*ok just skip if you don't want to hear me rambling about guys*

Let me add first that it was packed like sardines today. Madness. Well in between all the chaos and human overdosing, there in the midst of all was the sight of life's purposes.

I spotted the most divined looking male ever!

He wore a black blazer with fitting jeans while pulling a trolley bag plus his laptop bag. He was definetely a Jap so I've happily named him 'Takeshi Wasabi Sakae' (well those are the only jap words I know lah) and followed him DISCRETELY around the airport.

Ahhhh everytime I saw him my heart litarally skipped a beat.

Not to mention the surfer dude we saw at the airport after that as well. I love airports.

So now, I'm going to pursue a career as an air-stewardess in hopes of finally meeting my Jap guy again. And i bet by the way he looks, he definetely flies business class or first class. So that narrows it down. We are a match made in heaven. I just know it Big Smile

Weeeepeeeee!!!

It's the thought that counts

Had dinner at Chin's place on Valentine's Day since every other restaurant probably charges triple it's normal price (unless they are like Luna Bar who make you pay rm1500 for the night). The themed was 'valentine's day' and everyone was to bring something.

Thanks everyone for everything you brought!!

It was also a so-called farewell thing for jin yin and jee may.

Don't you just love us?? Hehe

Bumped into some of the Subang people whilst I was at The Curve just now. Goodness, almost every single Subang person has uprooted from Subang and left for Australia.

Goes only to show how attractive Subang is eh? Haha.

Bit by bit

It's that time of the year again when you frequent the airport to bid farewell to friends so dear to you again. I hate Februarys and Julys.

Yesterday, Jin Yin and Phaik Wah both left for Melbourne. Though for Jin Yin it was her first time leaving. It was so jammed yesterday to get to the airport it took about 2 hours for me. It was a bitch but I shall leave that ranting for another day cause this post is to declare my love for these friends :)

Jin Yin & I

Rambu, throughout the whole 11 years I've known you though I may not say it often, I have truly enjoyed every bit. I'll miss having you around and you're one of those jems in my life so don't you go forgetting us back here with all the fun you'll be having there. Take care and if you ever need someone you know who to look for.

*Big Hug*

Jocelyn & Phaik Wah

Girl! Well you are awesome and I'm sure you think so too. It was great having you back here to have around. Being with you is never dull and somehow though we've known each other for such a short period of time, you've quickly came to be one of my closest friends. Goes to show time has no barriers on friendship eh? Can't wait for next year!

Chris and Yen Hou
(who left a few days ago)

These 2 guys are probably the smartest guys I would ever find in Monash that are as nice as them ever again. You guys were our companions in uni, my source of information when I needed help, my classmates, avenues for me to dump my rubbish thoughts onto, and most importantly you guys were my friends. Take care in Melbourne and don't let the new environment get to you! I still want to see the same 2 guys when I go over next year!!

Did I mention how much I hated farewells?
